Where are you based?
In My Dog Era is based in the United States in Tampa, FL.

Do you offer discounts or free shipping?
We have sales running at different times throughout the year. We also offer free shipping on orders of $50 and up. Use the code FREESHIP50 at checkout for free shipping.

Do you offer bulk discounts?
Yes! Please email us at mydogera@gmail.com if you're interested in purchasing in bulk.

How long is the production time for my order?
Production time for most items is 1-2 days before shipping. Many orders ship the next day after ordering.

How long will shipping take?
We use fulfillment centers throughout the United States. Exact shipping time depends on your location, but typically it will take 2-5 business days for your item to arrive after production. Items may occasionally be shipped in separate packages. Note: During the holidays shipping may take longer while carriers are dealing with a high volume of packages.

Please allow more time for international orders.

What if I can't find my breed?
Please email us and let us know! We're always adding more breeds, and if you tell us what you want we'll create a design and add a new product as quickly as possible. Email mydogera@gmail.com.
