🐾 Return & Refund Policy

At In My Dog Era, every item is made to order just for you! Because our products are created on demand, we do not accept returns or exchanges for items ordered in the wrong size, color, or design. Please double-check your selection before completing your order.

However, your happiness matters to us — if something isn’t right due to a production error, we will fix it!


✅ Eligible Issues

We will offer a free replacement, reprint, or refund if your item arrives with:

  • A manufacturing or printing defect
  • Damage during shipping
  • Incorrect item received (wrong design, size, or color sent compared to your order)

📌 All issues must be reported within 30 days of delivery.


❌ Ineligible Issues

We cannot refund or replace orders due to:

  • Incorrect size, color, or design ordered by the customer
  • Buyer’s remorse
  • Normal wear and tear after use

Since each product is made on demand, we cannot restock returned goods.


📷 How to Report an Issue

Email us at support@inmydogera.com with:

  1. Order number
  2. Description of the issue
  3. Clear photos of the defect or incorrect item
  4. Photo of the packaging (if damaged in transit)

Once approved, we will process a replacement or refund right away.


📦 Shipping Costs

If a replacement is approved due to a production or shipping error, shipping is 100% covered by us.
